  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • Aprox. 5 lbs. chicken or ribs (I use boneless skinless breasts and cut large onions in half)
