Tiramisu Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 17 cookies)
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter, melted
• 6 cake-like ladyfingers, cut crosswise in half, separated into strips, or 14 cookie-like ladyfingers, cut crosswise in half
• 1 tsp (5 mL) instant coffee granules
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) coffee liqueur
• 2 pkgs (250 g each) Canadian Cream Cheese, softened
• 1-1/4 cups (300 mL) sugar
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) corn starch
• 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) sour cream
