Cabbage Apple Salad with Creamy Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients

• 4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage, green, red, curly or a mix is pretty
• 1-2 tart apple (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Pink Lady all work well), peeled and chopped
• Thinly sliced red onion, or green tops of green onions
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• Zest from one lime
• 1 ½-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
