Elfshake –

Ingredients

• 225g jar of maraschino (cocktail) cherries
• 200g plant-based mint choc chip ice cream, softened
• 130ml plant-based milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Green gel food colouring, as desired
• 60g ice cubes
• Whipped cream (or vegan equivalent)
• Mini candy canes (crushed and/or whole)
• Christmas themed sprinkles
• Stemmed maraschino cherries
• 7oz plant-based mint choc chip ice cream, softened
• 4fl. oz plant-based milk
• 2oz ice cubes
• Step 1 Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.
• Step 2 Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add all the maraschino cherries and liquid. Secure the lid back on the vessel.
• Step 3 To blend, double-click the Blend Button. When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off. Repeat blending process if necessary.
• Step 5 Rinse out the blender and add the ice cream, milk, vanilla and green gel food colouring, if using. Repeat the blending process.
• Step 6 Now add ice and blend until smooth. Pour over the maraschino cherry mix then top with optional toppings if desired and enjoy.
