Ingredients

• 900 mL carton low-sodium chicken broth
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 tbsp your favourite Indian curry paste
• 1/2 cup split red lentils
• 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into ½-inch (1 cm) pieces
• 1 cup Borden 2% Reduced Fat Milk
• 2 cups packed baby spinach
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• plain yogurt for serving
