Be My Valentine Cupcakes - Cupcake Fanatic

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup instant chocolate pudding or whipped cream
• 3 candy hearts with messages
• 3 cups Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
• 1 4 1/4 ounce tube red Decorating Icing fitted with #16 star tip
• 72 heart-shaped red and pink candies
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup oil
• ¾ cup buttermilk
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups butter, at room temperature (I like to use 3/4 cup salted and 3/4 cup unsalted)
• 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 3 – 4 Tbsp heavy cream or half-&-half
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
