• FALAFEL:
• 1 head of cauliflower
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 T chopped parsley
• 1 t cumin
• 1/2 t yellow curry powder
• 1/2 t cayenne pepper
• 1 t salt
• 2 cloves garlic
• SPICY TOMATO SAUCE:
• 1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 T orange juice
• 3 cloves garlic (pressed)
• 2 T brown sugar
• 1/2 t hot chili powder
• 1 T Sriracha
• 1/2 t salt
