Ingredients: 4 (1 1/4 pounds) boneless skinless chicken breasts (to equal 4 breasts); 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (plus 1 1/2 teaspoons, flour); 1 teaspoon salt; 1 large eggs; 2 teaspoons olive oil; 2 tablespoons butter; 4 garlic cloves, crushed with side of chef's knife; 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced; 1/2 cup chicken broth; 1/4 cup dry white wine; 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice; 2 tablespoons capers (drained); 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves; Lemon leaves for garnish (if you can find them, it's lovely)
