Ingredients

• 3|4 Pepsi MAX Original ice spheres
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 50 ml blood orange juice
• 20 ml orange juice
• 10 ml creme de cassis
• 5 ml violet liquour
• 35ml vanilla vodka
• 12.5ml simple syrup
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 sprig rosemary
• 4 cloves
• to garnish orange peel
• 600g turkey breast
• 4 tbsp jerk paste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tbsp brown sugar
• 1 lime, juiced
• 150g fresh cranberry
• 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 Small handful coriander, finely chopped
• ½ lime, juiced
• 1 Squeeze of honey
• to taste Salt and pepper to taste
• to taste sour cream
• as required flour tortillas
• to serve lime juice
