Ingredients

• 1 kg lamb chops (medium thick cuts)
• ¾ cups double thick yoghurt
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 inch thick ginger minced
• 4 garlic cloves minced
• 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
• 1 tablespoon garam Masala
• 1 tablespoon cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• Salt to taste
• 3 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
• 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
