- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Black Peppercorn
- 5 Bay leafs
- 3 tsp Salt
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 150 ml White vine, or stock
- 150 grams (5 oz) Brown sugar
- 100 ml Honey
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (Optional)
