Oven-Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Mediterranean Flavors

Ingredients

• 12 chicken drumsticks
• ½ cup yogurt
• 2 tablespoons red pepper paste
• 1 tablespoon dry oregano
• ½ teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
• 1 teaspoon sumac
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 10 cloves roasted garlic minced ( please see my tip below)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
