• 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp dried edible lavender
• 6 eggs, separated and at room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Cocoa powder for dusting after baked, optional
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 & 1/2 tbsp dried edible lavender, divided in 3 equal parts
• 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar, ideally sifted
