• 1/2 cup of your favourite kimchi brand
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 12 quail eggs
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
• 1/2 lime
• Toasted sesame seeds
• Chilli oil
