• 1 small cauliflour
• 1 green chilli
• 1 red chilli
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Roma tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon Oregano freshly chopped
• 0.25 cup of Dry white wine
• 2 tablespoons Basil freshly chopped
• 0.5 cup continental Parsl ey freshly chopped
• 1 500-gram packet linguine
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil good
• 1 cup parmegano Regiano cheese freshly shaved
