Ingredients

• 1 tsp onion, chopped
• 2 1/2 tsp. sweet potatoes, diced
• 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
• 2 1/2 tsp. Zucchini, cut into cubes
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1/2 tsp. turmeric
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp diced tomatoes
• 2 tbsp. tomato puree (without additives)
• 1 tsp hot water
• 1/4 tsp. fresh coriander, coarsely chopped, for garnish
