Chicken, Sweet Potato and Kale Soup

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. cooked and shredded pastured, organic chicken
• 2-3 peeled and cubed sweet potatoes
• 1 large bunch kale, cleaned and ripped into pieces
• 3-4 cloves garlic, diced
• 1 large onion, diced
• 2-3 stalks celery, diced
• 1 can full-fat, organic coconut milk
• 6 cups organic chicken or vegetable broth (homemade is best)
• 1 Tbsp. sea salt
• Solid fat for sautéing (coconut oil, grass-fed tallow, etc.)
