Ingredients

• 1 to 1 1/2 cups (250ml to 375ml) icing sugar for coating
• 1 cup (250 ml) cold water divided
• 2 cups (500 ml) granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) light corn syrup
• 2 envelopes (7g each) unflavoured gelatin
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsp (10 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pure almond extract (club house)
