Green Chicken Cheesy Cutlets recipe by Mubina

Ingredients

• Green chicken cheesy cutlets
• 1 cup -chicken
• 1 teaspoon- ginger
• 1 teaspoon -garlic
• ¼ cup- mozzarella
• ¼ cup- cheddar
• ¼ cup-paneer grated
• Coriander Leaves – 2-3 tablespoon finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon-mint,chopped
• 4-5- green chilies
• 1 tablespoon- parsley
• Oregano – ½ teaspoon
• ½ teaspoon- garam masala
• Salt to taste
• ¾ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon- lemon pepper
• ½ teaspoon- lemon juice
• Fresh breadcrumbs :-
• Add breads,salt,lemon pepper,black pepper and dry mixed herbs. Grind it together in food processor. Take out half breadcrumbs and other half add green food color.grind it until mixed well.
