• 1.2kg mixed vegetables such as carrots, potatoes, zucchini, and pumpkin
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 large yellow onion
• 30g unsalted butter
• 1.5 tbps all-purpose flour
• 600ml water
• 1 cube beef stock
