Ingredients: Camembert:; 1x 250g/9oz round block of Camembert OR Brie; 2 tbsp Honey; 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce (I use Cholula); 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes, or to preference; Chips:; 2x Bagels; 3 tbsp / 45g Butter, melted; 2 tsp very finely diced Fresh Parsley; 1 large clove of Garlic, finely grated/diced then mashed into a paste with the side of your knife
