• 1 kg Chicken fillet, washed and cut lengthwise into half
• 3 teaspoon Tandoori masala
• 1&½ Red chilli paste
• ¾ teaspoon Turmeric powder
• 2 teaspoon Paprika
• 3 teaspoon Tandoori spice
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon brown Sugar
• 1&½ teaspoon crushed Garlic
• 2&½ teaspoon Portuguese spice
• 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
• 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
• 3 tablespoon plain Yogurt
• 3 tablespoon Olive
