Magical Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 3 tablespoons olive oil, can substitute vegetable oil or canola oil
• 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 cup sour cream, room temperature
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
• fresh herbs, optional, of your choice, to taste, chopped, for garnish
