- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup butter

- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons sugar (for rolling cookies)
