Ingredients

• Adega portuguese chicken
• 1 chicken, disjointed, cleaned
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
• ½ teaspoon chilli garlic paste
• 1 tablespoon fine red chillies
• ¼ teaspoon Ina Parman chilli and garlic seasoning
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• Allow water to evaporate & remove from heat
• 125g butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 3 tablespoons nandos garlic peri peri
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
