• 12 yellow corn tortillas
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup guacamole
• 1 cup pico de gallo
• 3 ea. jalapenos, thinly sliced
• 1 cup pickled red onions, optional
• 2 limes, cut into wedges
• 3 cups shredded lettuce
• hot sauce or salsas of choice
