Ingredients

• 2 chicken breast
• ¼ tsp onion powder (for marinating)
• ¼ tsp garlic powder (for marinating)
• ¼ tsp ground cumin (for marinating)
• ¼ tbsp sweet paprika powder (ground, for marinating)
• ¼ tbsp chili powder (for marinating)
• ¼ tsp oregano (for marinating)
• ¼ tsp salt (for marinating)
• ¼ tsp pepper (for marinating)
• Step 2/5 Pan fry chicken
• Step 3/5 Chop up chicken into bite sized cubes
• Step 4/5 1 cucmber ½ onion 1 avocado 2 tbsp parsley Dice the cucumber and onion. Slice the Avo and Chop the parsley.

• 2 tbsp parsley
• Step 5/5 Mix lemon juice with salt and pepper. Combine everything in a bowl and voila!
