• 1 large Onion, chopped
• 3 cloves Garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp Thyme
• 1 tsp Allspice
• 2 cups Chicken broth
• 1 can Diced tomatoes
• 2 cups Carrots, sliced
• 2 cups Potatoes, diced
• 1 cup Bell peppers, chopped
