Cucumber Toss with Ranch and Crispy Bacon - cookrisp

Ingredients

• 2–3 cups of cucumbers, thinly sliced into rounds or half-moons
• 1/2 cup of creamy ranch dressing
• 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1/4 cup of crispy bacon crumbles (around 3–4 slices)
• 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion pieces
• 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, or use 1/2 teaspoon if dried
• Black pepper and salt, as much as you like
