Ingredients

• 500 gm Prawns (deveined - not precooked. Either frozen/fresh. Frozen prawns must be brought to room temp)
• 2 nos Tomato (small finely chopped)
• 2 nos Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 no Green chilly (slit length wise)
• 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
• 4 nos Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilly powder
• Salt (As reqd)
• 2 tbsp Oil
