Mom made this on a whim and without a recipe. It was really good. These are the ingredients as far as we could remember.

- brown rice medley
- onion
- 1 Tbsp granulated garlic
- red pepper flakes
- can of kidney beans, drained
- jar of water
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
