Instant Pot Sesame Orange Chicken

- 2 lbs. chicken breast, 1-inch dice
- 2 1/2 C orange juice
- 1/2 C coconut aminos
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 C honey
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 T tapioca flour
- 1 T water
- sesame seeds for garnish
