Ingredients

• Lightly mix and pour mixture in a greased loaf tin.
• 1 cup sugar
• 125g butter/margarine
• 3 ripe bananas
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups self raising flour
• 1 teaspoon baking
