- 1/2 cup (125ml) tomato paste
- 10 cups canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) ground cumin
- 1 tbsp (15ml) chili powder
- 11⁄2 tbsp (22ml) oregano
- 2 tbsp (30ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tsp (15ml) sugar
- 1 tsp (5ml) salt
- 2 kg of Arctic Gardens 7-bean salad
- 4 tbsp (60ml) chopped fresh cilantro
