• 1 Onion - finely chopped
• 10 slices Bacon - cooked and crumbled
• 1/2 cup Celery - diced
• 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard (optional)
• 1 teaspoon Parsley
• 2 tablespoons Flour
• 3 tablespoons Sugar
• 3/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
• 5 tablespoons Drippings (from cooking bacon)
