Roast Chicken & Garlic Butter Smashed Potatoes recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1 & ½ chicken cut & washed.
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food peri peri masala
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food ginger garlic masala
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Garlic butter smashed potatoes.
• 150g butter
• 2 teaspoons garlic
• A sprinkling of Aromat (a South African Spice)
• A sprinkling of parsley
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
