• 2 Eggs, Beaten
• 2 tablespoons Milk
• ½ cup Red Onion, Diced ¼”
• 1⁄2 Red Bell Pepper, Diced ¼”
• 1 tablespoon Dry Parsley Flakes
• 1/2 tsp Salt, Kosher
• 1⁄4 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
• 1/2 Cup Flour, All Purpose
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
