Ingredients

• 1.50 oz Azuñia Añejo Tequila
• 0.50 oz Smith & Cross Rum
• 1 tbsp Hot-Buttered Batter*
• 34 oz Hot Water
• Top with Vanilla & Cardamom Whipped Cream**
• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cups light brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground Ginger
• ½ tsp ground Cardamom
• ½ tsp grated nutmeg
• Pinch ground cloves
• Pinch salt
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
