Ingredients: 2 cups white sugar; 2 cups flour; ½ cup oil; ½ cup cocoa; 1 cup water; 125g margarine/ butter; ½ cup buttermilk; 2 eggs; 2 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda; Add to dry sifted ingredients; Add boiled liquid ingredients to sifted ingredients , fold together. Place in greased rectangular oven tray and bake; 1 slab diary milk chocolate; 1 ½ cup fresh cream /nestle cream; 60g butter; 1 tablespoon cocoa; ½ cup brown sugar
