Ingredients

• 1 10 ounce bag frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 can Reese Artichoke Hearts, chopped
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• ¼ cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Dash pepper
• Dash salt
• 11-13 egg roll wrappers
• 2-3 cups vegetable oil – about 2 inches deep in pot
• Small bowl of water
