- 300g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 400g caster sugar
- 200ml milk
- 110ml vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 80g cocoa powder
- 160ml brewed coffee
- 410ml cream
- 2 tbsp whiskey (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 420g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp chopped smoked almonds
