Ingredients

• 1 packet instant noodle of your choice (Maggi is typically used)
• 1/2 shallot (sliced)
• 1/2 carrot (julienned )
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• 1/2 tomato (cubed)
• 1/2 instant noodle seasoning packet
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tsp fish sauce
• 1.5 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
• 1 chili pepper (sliced - optional)
