Turkey Sausage with Chick Peas

Ingredients

• 1 tsp olive oil
• 10 o.z. hot italian turkey sausag
• (90% or more fat free), casing
• removed.
• 1 medium green bell pepper,
• coarseley chopped
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 tsp ground thyme
• 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 tbs cornstarch
• 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 vup spicy mixed vegetable
• juice
• 4 oz uncooked couscous
• 8 oz cooked chick peas
