Avocado Bacon Chipotle' Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
• 1/8th of a cup of Sutter Home Melot wine
• 1/2 teaspoon of Chipotle' Seasoning
• 1/8th cup of Worcestershire sauce
• 2 packages of Onion Soup mix
• 12 crushed saltine crackers in a zip-lock baggie
• 1/4th of a cup of bacon bits
• 1/2 of an onion chopped into small pieces
• 1 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 cup of vegetable oil
• 6 Burger buns – 6"
• 6 slices of pepper jack cheese
• 6 slices of cooked bacon cut in halfs
• 2 sliced Avocado's
