• 1/4 cup brandy or cognac
• 1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
• 1/4 cup simple syrup or 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (about 2 tablespoons)
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1/4 cup finely diced apple (Granny Smith or Gala)
• 1/4 cup finely diced orange segments (membrane removed)
• 1/4 cup finely diced strawberries
• 2 tablespoons finely diced grapes
