Ingredients: Freshly cooked chicken wings (we bake ours, but I'll leave the method up to you).; 4 cloves garlic, minced; 1 Tbsp tomato paste; 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil; 1/4 cup ketchup; 1-1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp ground cumin; 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar; 1 tsp Tabasco sauce (or your favorite hot sauce); 1/8 cup chicken stock; 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar; Salt and pepper to taste.
