Pilau Rice

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups basmati rice
• 2tbs oil
• 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, crused
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh chili pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups vegetable stock.
