Cinnamon-Sugar Biscotti - Cookies - Kosher Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup + 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup vegetable or canola oil
• 3 large eggs
• 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped almonds or chocolate chips, raisins, other nuts or combination (I use chocolate chips and slivered almonds)
