Ingredients

• 1 lb (454g) ground beef (at least 80% lean)
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 4-5 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced (about 1/8-inch thick)
• 1 (10.5 oz / 298g) can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
• ½ cup (120ml) milk (any kind works)
• 1 ½ cups (170g) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• Butter or non-stick cooking spray, for greasing
