• 30 ml (2 tbsp) Neilson salted butter
• 250 ml (1 cup) light brown sugar
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) Neilson 35% cream
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) orange juice
• 1 ml (1/4 tsp) vanilla extract
• 4 bananas, in 1 cm (1/2") slices
• 180 ml (3/4 cup) sweetened shredded coconut
• 500 g (2 cups) Neilson cottage cheese
